I'm Iris Medina-Elston, founder of Honest Metrics. My background is operations: over a decade building processes, workflows, and systems for founder-led businesses. I hold two master's degrees, including an MBA from Georgia Institute of Technology, and I've built and launched my own ventures, including one backed by outside investors.

For the past two years I've layered hands-on AI implementation into that operations foundation. I build Claude project architectures, custom automations, and AI powered systems that give teams real time back, not tools bolted onto a broken process. I'm an Apollo partner and currently working toward becoming an Anthropic (Claude) partner, though I stay tool agnostic. Understanding what to build matters more than which tool builds it, and that understanding is exactly what many AI implementations miss. I also built a proprietary assessment tool that gives clients real data on where their time and effort are actually going.

I've worn the owner hat myself, and I understand the challenges, and the rewards, that come with running your own business. I know AI and I know operations from experience. I train founders and teams to spot exactly where time and money are leaking, then build the AI systems and workflows that fix it.

Beyond Honest Metrics, I've built Next8™, a life operating system for founders and multifaceted professionals, built on a proprietary framework. I also founded Carter Wade, a designer handbag brand that is PETA-Approved Vegan and handmade in the heart of New York City using sustainable, cruelty-free materials.
